How can I prepare? 

1) Know your username(s) and password(s) for all of your accounts. You will need them to log in after the update. Forgot your username or password? No problem. Click below for help.

2) Confirm your email address. You will receive an email with a device registration code when you log in after the update. Double check your email address on file in Online Banking or the Mobile App under More, View/Edit Profile
