Ronnie has been working as a mortgage lender since May of 2015. He previously worked in branch management for eight years and has worked in the industry since he graduated college in 2002. Ronnie received his M.Ed. in Human Resource Development from Tusculum College in 2010 and his BBA in Finance and Human Resource Management from East Tennessee State University in 2002. Ronnie also became a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) in 2002 and a Certified Financial Counselor (CFC) in 2015. He is an active member of the Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association.

Renata started with the credit union in 1998 and has worked in the mortgage industry ever since. She has actually been in the banking industry her entire life, starting when she was just 15 years old! She has worked as a File Clerk, Teller, Consumer Loan Officer, and Member Services Supervisor — all at various credit unions across the United States and abroad. Renata has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Sacramento and has received numerous production awards from the Knoxville Mortgage Brokers Association – Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• I am a native Californian. I’m now a Tennessee transplant married to a former Air Force pilot who is a Tennessean and UT alumni.

Tracy began her banking career in 1987 as a teller. She achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Tusculum College in 1991 while working full time. After graduation she moved into a management role with Bank of America. In 2005 Tracy made the transition to ORNL FCU as a commercial lender and is currently the Construction Lending Manager. Tracy is active with several home builders associations in the market and a member of the Parade of Homes committee. She has been involved with the Knoxville Chamber Membership Committee, is an Ambassador for the Oak Ridge Chamber, and is a member of the Operations Committee for the United Way of Greater Knoxville.

• I am a member of Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church and have been a Stephen Minister since 2016.
• I love to work on family history and am a member of the Samuel Frazier Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution.
